Innovation and Practice of the Southeast Asia Oriented Chinese International Personnel Training Mode in Dali University

Social development results in the changing demand of qualified personnel. The personnel training mode is always an important field in college reform. As a local university, Dali University catches hold of the opportunity of the Bridgehead Construction and integrates its own feature and superiority to establish Southeast Asia oriented Chinese international personnel training mode.
