Abstract:

The system of parental authority has a very long history. As a component of it, the system of parental liability plays
an important role in the implement of the former. But there are still many imperfections in the system of Chinese parental liability. It's necessary to analyze the problems and defections in the system of parental liability based on the current legislation and practice. With learning good experience from other countries, we should try to set up the system of parental liability of our own.
