Results: LC group operation time, intraoperative blood loss, antibiotic use time, gastrointestinal function recovery time , hospital stay and perioperative indicators were significantly better than OC Group (P<0.05); LC group complication rate was 0.1%;the OC the incidence of complications was 3%; the incidence of complications of LC group was obviously lower than OC group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The advantages of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone are as follows: less bleeding, quick postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stay, which is a safe and reliable method of treatment.
