Abstract:

Objective: To observe the hospitalized psychiatric patients' X-ray image of aspiration pneumonia caused by oral clozapine.Methods: An analysis of 56 hospitalized patients' chest X-ray image from 2010 to 2011 who suffered from aspiration pneumonia caused by oral clozapine was made. Results: Lung lesions in image for single or multiple patchy fuzzy shadow, and salivate is clozapine early treatment of one of the most common adverse reactions, about 64.3% of the patients to salivate, is an important factor caused by aspiration pneumonia. Conclusion: We should closely observe taking clozapine a patient's condition changes, necessary chest X-ray.
