Abstract:

At present, the Third-party Mediation mechanism for Medical Malpractice has attracted more and more practices and
approvals. Some regions in Yunnan province have carried out this mechanism, but none in Dali city. So, this paper ties to suggest government to conduct further research, to give wide publicity, to reserve talent, to perfect the co-operation with insurance companies, and to establish the new third-party mediation mechanism of medical malpractice as soon as possible.
