Abstract:
Objective: To show patient-oriented concept of nursing services. To standardize the nursing service in operating rooms and provide satisfied services for patients. Methods: Nursing quality is constantly improved by such measurements as pre-operation interview, safety insurance of the operation and intra-operative nursing. Results: The satisfaction of patients and their relatives were improved. Mistakes and accidents were reduced. Conclusion: The activity of high quality nursing service in operating rooms enhanced nurse's serving awareness, reduced mistakes and accidents, improved patients' and their relatives' satisfaction.
