Abstract:

Through a comparative study of two "Doubles" of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC and Deng Xiaoping's two  “Quadruples", this paper holds that although the aims of two "Doubles" and two "Quadruples" are the same, the actual conditions of ealization of two "Doubles" are essentially different in factor of production, scientific and technological condition and institution, compared with the times of two "Quadruples". Two "Doubles" attaches much more importance to the inherent requirement of quality, embodying the eople-oriented scientific development concept. Therefore, correct decisions can be made only based on clear-headed understanding and cientific orientation of the status quo of China to promote new, rapid and sustainable development and ensure smooth realization of  agnificent goals of two "Doubles" put forward by the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC.
