Abstract:

Learning, being one of the most important ways of acquiring knowledge, improving quality and enhancing skills, is a significant embodiment for a nation and country to inherit civilization and progress consciously. The Communist Party of China has always emphasized and called on learning. For colleges and universities, learning should be a persistent pursuit. College education should insist on the learning standard while abandoning the official one, concentrating on academy and teaching, developing a staff-and-student-oriented mode of education, which devotes to indefatigable learning and aims at earning with rewards.
