Analysis of the Multiple-Narration in Robinson Crusoe

Abstract:

Robinson, the hero of Robinson Crusoe, the beginning of English novel, is a man with multiple status and complicated
personality. By using multiple-narrative skill, that is, realistic narration, psycho-narration as well as colonial narration, the author
shapes the character from all sides, which brings artistic glamour to Robinson. This knowledge may prevent us from partial
interpretation of the book.
