Teaching Reflection of Employment Guidance Course for Clinical Medical Students of Dali University

Abstract:

The employment directions of medical university graduate are relatively fixed and concentrated, which makes the
employment guidance has its own particularity. For medical students, their employment educations which have strong personality
characteristics are inseparable from their professional educations. Medical graduates may start their own businesses facing many
difficulties due to the occupational access condition restrictions and industry characteristics. Medical education in Dali University
which is a comprehensive university has its particularities in career planning and employment guidance. Therefore, reflecting and
analyzing the existed problems in teaching content, teaching management, construction of teachers' team, teaching material and
method, implementing the "whole process" teaching mode, would be of great significance in helping medical students to succeed in
jobs, and improve the quality of employment.
