Strengthen Standardized Management to Improve the Effectiveness of the Foreign Teachers:
A Case Study of Dali University

Abstract:

The important roles of the foreign teachers are more and more obvious. They are indispensable components in our
universities. However,since related regulations have not fully carried out,the teaching requirements to the foreign teachers are unclear; the teaching monitoring and evaluation measures are imperfect. We have not maximized the employment benefits. Taking Dali University as a sample,on the topic of the use and management of the foreign teachers,this article proposes a series solutions to fully take the use of the foreign teachers resources,including reforming the employment system,improving the treatment,defining management responsibilities,inviting the foreign teachers to attend the daily teaching and researching activities,and trying to exert the foreign teachers group effect etc.
