During the period of Dali Kingdom，the Imperial Academy whose members were composed of Hanlin scholar，Hanlin official and etc. Except some of its own characteristics，the Imperial Academy of Dali Kingdom was almost the same as that of Song Dynasty. Good literary scholars selected through imperial examination were assigned to draft edict and serve as consultants for the Emperor. The system played an important role in politics and culture in Dali Kingdom.

In ancient literatures，Xizhou was called "Dali"，"Shijian"，"Xijun"，"Shicheng"，"Xijian" and "Xizhou". In view of the
Buddhist background in Dali area，according to the Buddhist Sanskrit Chinese transliteration rules，combined with the study of ancient Chinese phonological analysis，it is believed thatthe different names of Xizhou should be the transliteration of Sanskrit word "sri" meaning "happiness and prosperity".

In ancient China，central dynasty governed minority and ethnic areas through "Jimi" Policy，which included the
"Marriage-for-Peace" Policy. Tang Dynasty frequently applied the "Marriage-for-Peace" Policy to handle with the complicated relationships with ethnic groups. But Tang took such a policy once in dealing with the relationship with Nanzhao Kingdom and failed eventually. This article analyzes the failure of the policy and evaluates the policy as such so as to enrich relevant researches of the relationship between TangDynasty and Nanzhao Kingdom.

Dali Government Chorography composed in the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty was the first and only existing chorography in Dali Bai Minority Autonomous Prefecture today. The main author LI Yuanyang was a famous philosopher and writer in Dali region in Ming dynasty. However，due to the reasons of history and war，the chorography is incomplete and lacks of systematic sorting and study. The study and judgment of different versions are crucial tohistorical chorography; however，later historians and scholars had different opinions to this chorography. We believe that the Dali Government Chorography composed in the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty was a unique copy，whose carving copy was preserved in the ancient book section of the national library.

An improved approach and procedure in the measurement of regional specialization disparities in scientific and technical service (abbreviated as STS) industry was proposed and applied in different municipals and prefectures in Yunnan Province. We first introduced employment time-series based location quotient (abbreviated as LQ) analysis to obtain sample data on the characterization and distribution of specialization across the STS industry. Through both point and interval estimation of the mean of the LQs，we discovered that significant regional differences do exist in the industrial specialization levels. Analysis of variance further confirmed this finding. We then measured the comparative advantages between any two regions by multiple comparison analysis，and the results showed significant specialization discrepancies and advantage mismatches between regions and the need of STS specialization for a
number of regions in Yunnan Province.

Why there were huge differences in institutional efficiency? According to the external institutional theory of new
institutional economics，the paper analyzes the efficiency differences in some anti-corruption policies and the new system of motor vehicle driving in China，and then suggests that the differences result from some the huge hole on system making which has reduced the binding force of efficiency difference. Therefore，to perfect institution，we should not only to set up the types of institution，but also improve the institutional design technologyaccording to the institutional types.

Measurement attribute is the core of accounting measurement. The development of measurement attribute has direct
impact on the development of the whole theories of accounting measurement. Fair value has been developed with the development of the economy and the society，especially the derivative instruments.As a later applied measurement attribute compared with the other ones，the development of fair value would directly affect the traditional theories of accounting measurement. Through reviewing and summarizing the emerging background of fair value，the paper addresses the definition of fair value. Then，it introduces the impact of fair value on the theories of accounting measurement from aspects of advantage and disadvantage. The aim was to discuss the extent of influence of fair value on accounting measurement theories and the developmental trends and application of fair value.

As a devout romanticist，Alice Walker harbors her sincere reverence for the spirit and possesses the power of drawing her inspiration and courage from it. In her life and creative works，she is always aware of the influence of the spirit，a major reason leading her dedication of The Color Purple to the spirit. Even the creating process of the novel is a manifestation of spiritual interaction between the spirit and the author. The author enamored of this excellence becomes a medium through which the spirit speaks. To externalize her view on the spirit，Walker designs a plot mobilizing readers to lend complete assent to Shug's seemingly rebellious religion. Celie，accepting Shug's subversive religious interpretation that "God is everything"，initiates her way to defy inequalities in her life and
realizes self-affirmation.

There are numerous tetra-syllabic words in Bai language. The words do not only exhibit the socio-cultural features of Bai people，but also play a non-negligible role in reflecting the ethnic psychological features. The tetra-syllabic words of Bai language，with their special word formation，incorporating abundant ethnic emotional appeal into the morphemes in the process of lexicalization， could reflect the unique psychological features of Bai people in verbal communication.

If you put aside commodity economy，"fetishism" could have a broader meaning. Fetishism referred to the religion that the primitive man worships certain objects before the concept of god was clear. Now，fetishism is also used as a metaphor for the worship of something. There is not only broad meaning，but also a specific domain or context associated metaphorical connotations in Marx's fetishism. Marx believed that the product，established in the social collaboration and division of labor relations，became independent of the social relations existed outside of alienation. The fascination，worship and chase of this alienation exist was a typical fetishism，which developed from commodity fetishism to money fetishism and last to capital fetishism. Based on Marx's theory of fetishism，concluding 3 criteria to judge whether the fetishism exists in a society (known as the "Fetishism Ascertain Law")：first，implementation
of commodity economy; second，the economic exploitation; third，a class，who does not represent the interests of majority people and have a monopoly on executive power，social wealth.

The unity of virtues is an important Greek philosophical issue. For Plato，individual virtues were unified，but civic virtues tended to represent a specific social class. The ambivalent position of unified individual virtues with non-unified civic virtues in Plato's philosophy was due to platonic dualism.

In the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty，Suzhou artist HUANG Xiangjian travelled to Dayao of Yunnan for his parents.
He painted a series of landscape paintings on the trip，several of which were based on Dali landscape. The paper applied philosophy and iconography to interpret these works according to the actual appearance of Dali. Focusing on the analysis of the composition，postscript，seals and style，we revealed the spirit of works of HUANG Xiangjian，further pointed out the recognition and appreciation of Dali landscape and culture by literati painters in late Ming dynasty.
