Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the technique and efficacy of microsurgery for lacrimal ductile tear in order to improve the
success rate of nasolacrimal anastomosis. Methods:Surgical microscope was adopted to treat 57 cases with canaliculus disruption from January 2006 and May 2013. The microscope was used to find canalicular nasal lateral ends and the side ends of lacrimal sac. And then epidural tube was put as adhesion. Drainage tube was indwelt for 3-6 months. Follow-up was done in 3- 12 months after extubation in order to observe the curative effect. Results:53 cases were cured, and lacrimal duct flushing after extubation were unobstructed. No tears spilt. 4 cases felt that a few tears spilt, but the wash of lacrimal duct test was unobstructed, and line of lacrimal duct expansion symptoms disappeared after washing 2-3 times. No eyelid inside and outside,or the small tube or tear apart and other symptoms. Conclusion:The technique of microsurgery for lacrimal ductile tear is easier to find the tears tubular nasal side end,and surgical success rate is high. The efficacy of recovery of lacrimal duct lacrimal function is good.
