Abstract:

Objective：To make an analysis of patients' status of clinical methadone continuous treatment which includes general
state，patients' number in treatment，continuous treating rate，recover reason and biological detection，in order to provide scientific basis for methadone continuous treatment work. Methods： Data on methadone continuous treatment from 2008 to 2012 were collected. Results：Biological detection rate from 2009 to 2012 were compared to show that patients in treatment had increased year by year and continuous treating rate was improved by 36.6%. Results show statistical significance （P<0.01）；recover reasons were being caught by stealthy using，diseases and inaccessibility，representing 29.7%，28.5% and 15.6%. Morphine urine test positive rate was 18.9% . Conclusion：Administration on methadone continuous treatment work should be improved. Accessibility and
converge of methadone continuous treatment work should be enlarged. Patients are provided with psychological support and social aid together with integrated interventions methods so as to increase the patients' number，maintenance rate and biological detection which will reduce the harm of drug addicts.
