Abstract:

With the improvement of urbanization in China，the confusion of "Who will do the farm work" can not be avoided，which results in some issues，such as the food safety，the low agricultural effect and the uneven quality of farmers. We should encourage the farmers enthusiasm to guarantee the food safety，and prudently handle the problem of "who will do the farm work" in the view of the food safety.
