Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the species and distribution of nematode-trapping fungi in Baima Snow Mountain. Methods: 97 yak dung and 95 soil samples were taken from Baima Snow Mountain in August 2012 which were followed by isolated culture and identify work in lab. Results: 16 species including 1 unnamed species which belongs to 4 categories were isolated from samples. Among the isolated species, Arthrobotrys oligospora and Arthrobotrys thaumasium both were found in soil and yak dung with high occurrence. Conclusion: The species isolated from soil samples were much richer than yak dung. Species with adhesive nets were high frequently found.
