The purpose of this paper is to study the existence of periodic solutions of the following second order systems by the
critical point theory. When the nonlinear term F(t,x)=F1(t,x)+F2(x) satisfies assumption(A), and F1(t,x),F2(x) satisfy many boundary conditions, one new existence theorem is obtained by the least action principle.

TCP Vegas is a reliable algorithm in the transport layer. In virtue of the data transmission restricted in wireless network bandwidth, it is not suitable for transmission in the wireless network. A TCP New Vegas algorithm which is applicable to heterogeneous networks is presented based on TCP Vegas algorithm. The algorithm controls the diff two dynamic threshold methods a, b. According to the two set a dynamic threshold method, it can effectively improve the algorithm of congestion window and throughput. The algorithm simulation experiment was carried out for background simulation of wireless sensor networks access to the third generation mobile communication network. The simulation results show that the improved TCP New Vegas algorithm has larger congestion window and higher throughput. It is more suitable for application in heterogeneous network data transmission.

By collecting and sorting the historical materials of modern mathematics education in Dali, we obtain the development and evolution characteristics in elementary mathematics education and higher mathematics education. The elementary mathematics education goes through an evolution process from emerges of old and private school mathematics education to development of school mathematics education. Higher mathematics education started late in Dali, but Central China University promoted the development of Dali higher mathematics education at Xizhou. Therefore, understanding the evolution characteristics is reference value to mathematics education reform nowadays.

This paper discusses how to produce and draw the most representative of the fractal structure of Diffusion Limited
Aggregation(DLA)model based on the fractal theories of iterative process, so that the process of particle dynamic growth and simulate the growth of plants are observed. By using the method of mathematical modeling for curve fitting, it establishes two more reasonable mathematical models of simulating plants growth, which are 3 polynomial model and index function model. They can predict the trend of plants growth, and realize the real-time monitoring of plants growth and estimation.

Magnetization of free electron gas for the entire regime is an ideal example for the teaching of thermodynamics and
statistical mechanics et al. The entire regime includes degenerate and non-degenerate, classical and quantum, non-relativistic and relativistic, low magnetic field and high magnetic field et al. From this, students can understand the conception of physics and the differences between application range of physical theory. The relativistic parts about magnetization of electron gas come from the results of author, which can be referenced from corresponding references. However, the magnetic phase transition in this paper is also an ideal example for the teaching and the study of general phase transitions.

The relationships of pollutant concentrations and precipitation-runoff were monitored at the outlets of the Fengyu River in July 2011. The results showed that the loads of nitrogen and phosphorus increased with the increasing of flux. Furthermore, the peak of pollutant concentrations early occurred than the peak of flux. For reasonably interpreting law of no-point source pollutants losses, the interval time of rainfall as well as production and life style of upstream should be considered in the future study.
