Abstract:

Facing the unbalance of economy and society development, which is so called "one leg is longer than the other", we need to innovate the social governance and reinforce the social construction. At present, multiple subjects of social governance has existed and primarily formed co-governance, but many problems remain unsolved among multiple subjects. The settlement of these problems can offer theoretical and practical importances to the realization of "the change from co-governance to good governance of multiple subjects of social governance", the reinforce of social governance and the innovation of social construction.
