Abstract:
This paper explores the necessity of college young teachers' self-education, and based on the analysis, the paper proposes that the self-education can start from two aspects: 1)the teaching reflection on arousing the curiosity of the students; 2)and the teaching practice in enhancing students' ability of knowledge application.
