Overview of the Researches on Construction of the Center for Teaching and Learning Development in

Abstract:

Construction of teachers is directly related to the quality of education. This paper evaluates the performance of the gap of
compulsory education stage teacher's structure between urban and rural areas in Yunnan based on teachers' distribution density,
degree structure, title structure, age structure, subject structure and training situation. Results indicate that the root cause of the gap of compulsory education quality between urban and rural areas is the gap of teachers. This paper puts forward five countermeasures to narrow the gap of compulsory education stage teacher's structure between urban and rural areas in Yunnan.
