Perioperative Care of Titanium Elastic Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of
Children with Limb Bone Fracture

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the perioperative care effect of the titanium elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children
with limb bone fracture. Methods: 57 patients with limb shaft fracture receivedclosed reduction titanium elastic intramedullarynail
treatment and systematic perioperative care. Results: All patients were followed up. The average healing time was 8.5 weeks. According
to Flynn evaluation standard, the excellent rate reached 96.49% . Conclusions: Titanium elastic intramedullarynail fixation in the
treatment of childrenwithlimbs shaft fractures causes less trauma and fewer complications while facilitating better clinical efficacy, and
quicker rehabilitationof patients. Good care and reasonable rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of patients and improve the
treatment effect.
