Abstract:

Objective: To observe the ECG characteristics of atypical myocardial infarction and to provide both theoretical and
practical support for ECG diagnosis of atypical myocardial infarction. Methods: 160 cases(84 male cases and 76 female cases)of atypical myocardial infarction received in our hospital from March 2011 to December 2014 were reviewed and analyzed. No patient showed obvious clinical symptoms of myocardial infarction when admitted to the hospital. The accuracy of ECG diagnosis was analyzed referring to ECG examination and results of biochemical blood test. Results: All patients were diagnosed as myocardial infarction. The accuracy of diagnosis is up to 100% when the result was verified by biochemical blood test. Conclusion: The accuracy of ECG diagnosis was high in diagnosing atypical myocardial infarction. ECG diagnosis can provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of atypical myocardial infarction and thus can be applied into clinical use.
