The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Development of Campus Football Teachers in Frontier Minority Areas ——Based on an Investigation inYunnan Province

Abstract: Based on methods including document literature and interviews, this paper makes an in- depth investigation in the development and construction of campus football teachers in Yunnan province, draws lessons from past experiences and achievements, analyzes the problems and causes, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of campus football teachers in border ethnic areas in the background of football reform. The research shows that schools in Yunnan province are still short of football teachers, teachers' development is unbalanced, and the system is imperfect. It is an arduous the task that needs to be solved with creativity in order to achieve the goal on time.
