Abstract: This paper investigates and analyzes the health status of senior titled staff in Yunnan province and the risk factors affecting their health. The results showed that the number of unhealthy people accounted for 32.91%, healthy people accounted for 32.65%, and sub-health accounted for 34.44%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that life casualties, life stress, poor quality of sleep, long-term Internet access, long-term smoking, long-term drinking, exercise plan, and appropriate aerobic exercise are independent risk factors for the health of senior-titled personnel. The results show that the health conditions of senior titled staff are not optimistic with irregular life and rest, life stress, poor sleep quality, long-term Internet, long-term smoking, long-term drinking, exercise plan, and appropriate aerobic exercise, which are crucial risk factors, and the senior titled staff should be reminded with these problems in their health guidance.
