On the Construction of Medical Teachers' Team of Dali University from the Perspective of
Education Internationalization

Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the existing problems and difficulties in medical teachers team of Dali University from the
perspective of internationalization of higher education. Methods: Through some observations in Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the
status of medical teachers team of Dali University was compared and analyzed. Results: Dali University has been facing a great
difficulty in rather low academic ability and low English proficiency level in medical teachers team, and difficulty in recruiting and
employing medical talents with doctor's degree(Ph.D). Most teachers have no experience of studying abroad and hardly can get used
to the trend of interationalization of education. Conclusion: The English training for medical teachers at home and abroad is very
necessary in order to meet the needs of MBBS program and education internationalization.
