Abstract:

Objective: To explore the application of obstetric ultrasound screening system in prenatal diagnosis. Methods: Screening
systemic in 660 cases in the middle of the pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis of fetal abnormalities by
ultrasonography was compared with clinical diagnosis. Results: Obstetric ultrasound screening system had high detection rate in fetal
abnormality, and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 99%. Conclusion: Obstetric ultrasound screening system for prenatal diagnosis
has the important clinical application value in detection, which can significantly increase the detection rate of fetal abnormalities,
effectively reduce birth defects.
