Abstract:

Objective：To study the improvements of the test scores and satisfaction as a result of the use of PDCA cycle in
Standardized Residency Training. Methods：Questionnaires were administered to 322 teachers of standardized residency training for
two times. A quality improvement team was set up, and the PDCA management method was applied to improve the scheme of the first
batch. Results：Through the statistical analysis of the data, we found that the test scores and satisfaction of the second batch was better
than the first one. Conclusion：PDCA management method is helpful to establish a scientific and effective mechanism for the training
staff, and is effective in improving the test scores and satisfaction in standardized residency training.
