Experience and Improvement of Surgical Practice Teaching for Foreign Students at Dali University

Abstract:

Through investigating the situation of surgical practice teaching for foreign students in Dali University, we have found
there were some problems needing to be solved, such as lax discipline, communication barriers between teachers and students, foreign
students' poor understanding of knowledge and the monotonous teaching form and method, etc. After feedback and summary, the
followings solutions have been recommended: improving the teacher's English communication skills, establishing institutional
constraints, helping students form good study habits and intensifying teaching materials, teaching form and methods. Our study proves
that the above-mentioned measures have indeed improved the quality and effect of teaching.
