Yunnan

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective：To determinate and analysis of polysaccharide in Polygonatum kingianum from different planting base in
Yunnan. Methods：Using D-anhydrous glucose as the reference，and polysaccharides were assayed by phenol-sulfuric acid method.
The testing wave length was 487 nm. Results：There is a certain difference in the content of polysaccharide in Polygonatum
kingianum from different planting bases in Yunnan. Conclusion：The study revealed that the qulity of Polygonatum kingianum from
different planting base in Yunnan is good quality, artificial planting of Polygonatum kingianum is a feasible measure to solve the
shortage of resources.
