Abstract: 〔Abstract〕Bullying occurs frequently in primary and middle schools of China. It has aroused great concern of the whole society as it
is of great harm to school boys and girls, both physically and psychologically. In the USA, effective bullying prevention measures have
been taken in legislature, the interference system, psychology counsel, the Internet, the media and other aspects. These measures can
be of useful references to us in both macro and micro terms, especially the campus bullying preventive and control strategies based on
the ecological system theory that advocate combined efforts from all parties concerned-the society, the school, the family and the school
boys and girls themselves.
