Abstract:
〔Abstract〕Objective: To establish UPLC fingerprints of Periplaneta americana to assess the quality of different batchs of CⅡ-3 samples. Methods: The analysis of Periplaneta americana extract CⅡ-3 was performed in Phenomenex Gemini 5u C18 110A column (250 mm × 4.6 mm)and the column temperature was 28 ℃. And acetonitrile-water(0.1% formic acid)was the mobile phase of gradient elution, set at 214 nm wavelength. The quality of C Ⅱ- 3 was assessed according to the similarity evaluation and the chemometrics method. Results: The UPLC fingerprints of 12 batches of CⅡ-3 were established. There were 21 common peaks and fingerprints similarity of 11 batches samples was greater than 0.900. Conclusion: It is the first time that the UPLC fingerprint of CⅡ-3 has been established, which provides a scientific basis for the quality control of Periplaneta americana extract CⅡ-3.
