Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Nowadays， the right to speak has become an international research hotspot. Seizing the opportunity and actively striving for the right to speak is the meaning of China's pursuit of the overall situation of development. The translation and dissemination of foreign discourse with Chinese characteristics is of epoch-making significance in enhancing the country's soft power， catering to the development of all media， and creating an international public opinion environment. As problems such as backward concept， insufficient cultural connotation， insufficient technical support and lack of human resources in the translation and communication of foreign discourse have become more and more prominent， it is necessary to take the improvement of the coordination mechanism of the party's leading specialized agencies as the starting point， to give full play to the advantages of cross-cultural knowledge content and public opinion analysis technology， to strengthen the training of professional talents， and fundamentally promote the quality of foreign discourse with Chinese characteristics.
