Abstract:

Objective To analyze the relationship between the changes of serum low density lipoprotein cholesterolLDL-C), C-reactive proteinCRP), brain natriuretic peptideBNP levels and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction AMI. Methods A total of 88 patients with AMI who received percutaneous coronary intervention PCI were selected and divided into mild group moderate group and severe group according to Gensini scores and their serum LDL-C CRP and BNP levels were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum LDL-C CRP and BNP levels among the 3 groupsP0.05. And Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum LDL-C CRP BNP levels were significantly positively correlated with Gensini scores the results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum LDL-C CRP and BNP levels were the predictors of the severity of coronary artery disease. Conclusion Serum LDL-C CRP BNP levels in patients with AMI are closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease. It is a predictor of the severity of coronary vascular disease in patients with AMI.
