    Objective:To determine the in vitro lipid-lowering activity of 33 Compositae plants from West Yunnan,and to provide
    a scientific basis for the discovery of novel hypolipidemic drugs from plants. Methods:33 Compositae plants were extracted by reflux
    method with 75% ethanol. A high-lipid model of HepG2 cells was used to determine the lipid-lowering activities of plant extracts in
    vitro. And the lipid-lowering rate was used to evaluate the activity. Results:24 Compositae plant extracts exhibited in vitro lipidlowering
    activity in different degrees. The Conyza blinii,Ageratina adenophora,Bidens tripartita,Tithonia diversifolia showed
    significant in vitro lipid-lowering activities with lipid-lowering rates of(18.4±1.9)%,(18.4±9.7)%,(17.5±10.2)% and(15.1±
    13.4)%,respectively,at the final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. There were significant differences in lipid-lowering rate between the
    extracts of these 4 compositae plants and simvastatin in vitro(P<0.01). Conclusion:The four plants of C. blinii,A. adenophora,B.
    tripartita,and T. diversifolia have significant in vitro lipid-lowering activities,which are worth further study.

    Study on Acute Toxicity of the Bai Medicinal Plant Bauhinia brachycarpa on Mice

     Objective To study the acute toxicity of Bauhinia brachycarpa on mice. Methods Maximum dose method was applied to the acute toxicity test. After intragastrical administration of B. brachycarpa to mice successive observation was conducted in 14 days. During administration the body weights of the mice was determined and the behavioral performance of the mice was assessed by voluntary activity test balance wood test and fatigue rotarod test. The 14th day after administration the mice were sacrificed the organ indexes and blood biochemical indexes were measured and the histopathological changes were observed. Results Compared with solvent control group the weights of the mice in B. brachycarpa group did not significantly change the voluntary activities of the mice obviously reduced in the 1st day after administration but had no significant changes at other observation times0.05. There was no significant difference observed after the administration of B. brachycarpa in balance wood test and fatigue rotarod test. Nor there were any obvious variations in mice's organ indexes histopathology and blood biochemical indexes after the administration. Conclusion B. brachycarpa has almost no acute toxicity at the maximum dose 20 g/kg by intragastric administration in mice which represents high safety but its inhibitory effect on voluntary activities at the early stage of administration should be noticed.

    Study on Anti-Oxidative Stress Effect of Xigui Crude Polysaccharide for Hypoxic Mice

     Objective To study anti-oxidative stress effect of Xigui crude polysaccharide for hypoxic mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group hypoxic model group salidroside group360 mg/kg), Xigui crude polysaccharide low dose group100 mg/kg), medium dose group 200 mg/kg and high dose group 400 mg/kg. The survival time of the first batch of mice put in hypoxic environment was measured. The superoxide dismutaseSOD activity glutathione peroxidase PxGSH-Px activity malondialdehyde MDA content acetylcholinesterase AChE activities in liver tissue and serum and serum nitric oxide NO content in the second batch of mice were measured. Results Each dose group of Xiguei crude polysaccharide could prolong the survival time of mice, significantly decrease the content of MDA in serumP<0.01), and up-regulate the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and the high dose group had the best effectP<0.05. The medium and high dose groups of Xiguo crude polysaccharide could significantly decrease the content of NO and the activity of AChE in serum of miceP<0.05), significantly increase the activity of SOD in liver tissue of miceP<0.05), decrease the content of MDA in liver tissue of mice and increase the activity of GSH-Px in liver tissue of mice and the high dose group had the best effect P<0.05. The AChE activity in liver tissue of mice could be decreased in the middle dose group of Xiguei crude polysaccharideP<0.05. Conclusion Xigui crude polysaccharide can effectively prolong the survival time of mice under hypoxia and has a better anti-oxidative stress effect.

    Objective To investigate the effects of Dendrobium devonianum water extract(DDWE) on immunosuppressive model mice induced by cyclophosphamide CTX. Methods CTX immunosuppressive model mice were randomly divided into groups. After 30 days of continuous intragastric administration the phagocytic function of mice peritoneal macrophages the proliferation ability of mice splenic lymphocytes splenic index T lymphocyte subsets and the number of peripheral blood cells were measured the level serum of immunoglobulin GIgG), immunoglobulin AIgA), immunoglobulin MIgM), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-2IL-2 were detected by ELISA method.  Results Compared with the model group each dosage group of DDWE enhanced the phagocytic activity of macrophages and proliferation ability of lymphocytes to varying degrees. And a dose-dependent manner increased the splenic index the number of white blood cells the level of CD4+/CD8+ and the levels of serum of IgG IgA IgM TNF-α, and IL-2. Conclusion DDWE strengthened the immune function of CTX immunosuppressive mice by improving the activity of immune cells and promoting the production and release of immune cytokines.

    Objective To reveal the complete chloroplast genome characteristics of a medicinal plant in Tibetan region namely Lamiophlomis rotate and explore its phylogenetic position. Methods In this study the Next-Generation Sequencing technology was adopted to perform DNA sequencing for this species and its complete chloroplast genome was obtained after assembly and annotation. Meanwhile the genome characteristics were revealed and its phylogeny was systematically analyzed combined with the published chloroplast genomes of related species in Lamiaceae. Results The complete chloroplast genome of L. rotata was a typical quadripartite structure the total length of which was totally 151 808 bp and 107 genes were annotated. The topological structures between the BayesianBI and the maximum likelihoodML were extremely similar proving that Lamiophlomis and Stachys were gathered into one clade. Conclusion The complete chloroplast genome characteristics of L. rotata were revealed for the first time and its phylogenetic study supported the traditional treatment of regarding Lamiophlomis and Stachys as closely related genera. This study could provide scientific basis for studies such as species identification resource conservation and phyletic evolution of L. rotata and related species.

    Objective To investigate the influence of automation equipment on work efficiency and quality in pharmacy intravenous admixture services PIVAS. Methods The data of the efficiency and the error rate of PIVAS in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University before and after 3 months of automation equipment application were collected and analyzed and then its application effect was evaluated. Results The filling time of each prescription had decreased from 4.93±0.82 s to 2.20±0.61 s and the error rate decreased from 1.16±0.23 to 0.42±0.17 . The labeling time had decreased from 3.14±0.68 s to 1.01±0.53 s the error rate decreased from 0.92±0.43 to 0.09±0.01 ‰, and the personnel reduced from 6 to 4 persons. The decapping time of each bottle of penicillin had decreased from 1.01±0.31 s to 0.87±0.11 s and the personnel reduced from 4 persons to 1 person.The preparation times of each bottle of penicillin and ampoule had decreased from 3.93±1.37 s and 3.04±1.21 s to 2.71±0.74 s and 2.54±0.39 s respectively the error rate decreased form1.20±0.31 to 0.24±0.04 . The sorting scanning and packing time of infusion had decreased from 15.75±2.11 s to 5.42±1.77 s the error rate decreased from 3.15±0.21 to 0.16±0.10 ‰, and the personnel reduced from 7 to 4 persons. ConclusionThe automation construction of PIVAS not only saves human resources but also significantly improves the work efficiency and pharmaceutical care quality.

    Objective This study aims to provides materials for FTO function research by constructing fto knockout mouse model with CRISPR/Cas9 gene targeting technology. Methods Cas9 mRNA and guide RNAgRNA targeting fto were microinjected into mouse fertilized eggs in vitro and the knockout of mouse fto gene was identified and verified by ploymerase chain reactionPCR), PCR product sequencing and Western-Blotting. Results The active gRNA vector and Cas9 mRNA were injected into the fertilized egg successfully in vitro and three positive F0 mice were obtained at last. The homozygous mice with fto gene knockout were finally obtained by hybridization and mating with the same mice. Conclusion The fto gene knockout mouse model through CRISPR/Cas9 technology was successfully prepared which laid a foundation for further research on the function of fto gene.

     Objective To investigate the expression and function of PARVG gene in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma KIRC based on bioinformatics. Methods A variety of online databases and software were used to synthetically analyze the prognostic value of PARVG gene in KIRC and its related regulatory mechanism. Results The expression level of PARVG gene in KIRC was significantly higher than that in normal tissues adjacent to cancer P<0.05), and the expression level of PARVG gene was directly related to the clinicopathological features of patients with different tumor stages grades ethnicities and ages and its high expression level suggested a poor prognosis P<0.05. There are 17 co-expressed genes of PARVG gene and its bioinformatics function is mainly concentrated on the formation and maintenance of plasma membrane cell communication signal transduction and so on. Conclusion PARVG gene is highly expressed in KIRC patients which can be used as a potential target for diagnosis treatment and prognosis of KIRC patients.

    Objective To analyze the relationship between the changes of serum low density lipoprotein cholesterolLDL-C), C-reactive proteinCRP), brain natriuretic peptideBNP levels and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction AMI. Methods A total of 88 patients with AMI who received percutaneous coronary intervention PCI were selected and divided into mild group moderate group and severe group according to Gensini scores and their serum LDL-C CRP and BNP levels were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum LDL-C CRP and BNP levels among the 3 groupsP0.05. And Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum LDL-C CRP BNP levels were significantly positively correlated with Gensini scores the results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum LDL-C CRP and BNP levels were the predictors of the severity of coronary artery disease. Conclusion Serum LDL-C CRP BNP levels in patients with AMI are closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease. It is a predictor of the severity of coronary vascular disease in patients with AMI.

    Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pure panretinal photocoagulationPRP and intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with PRP in the treatment of severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy NPDR. Methods 59 patients 84 eyes with severe NPDR were randomly divided into a combination group of 33 cases48 eyes and a control group of 26 cases 36 eyes. The combination group received intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with PRP while the control group received PRP. The best corrected visual acuityBCVA), central foveal thicknessCFT and quality of life score between the two groups of patients after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results The BCVA and CFT of the two groups of patients after treatment were better than those before treatment and the differences were statistically significant P<0.05); after treatment the BCVA and CFT of the combined group were better than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significantP<0.05); the laser energy number of spots and energy density used in the treatment of the combination group were lower than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significantP<0.05); the quality of life score of patients in the combination group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significantP<0.05. Conclusion Conbercept intravitreal injection combined with PRP to treat NPDR can use relatively less laser energy to inhibit the growth of retinal neovascularization promote the absorption of macular edema and improve the visual function of patients in a short time so its therapeutic effect is significantly better than pure PRP treatment.

    Objective To study the relationship between vaginal microenvironment interleukin-4IL-4 and high-risk human papilloma virusHR-HPV infection of the cervix. Methods From December 2018 to December 2019 85 patients of childbearing age with cervical HR-HPV infection who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University were selected as the observation groupGroup A), and 83 patients with cervical HPV-negative physical examination during the same period were selected as the control groupGroup B. The HR-HPV infections in women of different ages were compared the vaginal microenvironment and the level of IL-4 in vaginal lavage fluid were detected and the relationship between HR-HPV infection and common vaginitis was analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Among HR-HPV infected persons the infection rate of persons 25 years old and >45 years old was higher than that of persons 26 to 45 years old and the difference was statistically significant P0.05. There were significant differences in vaginal microenvironmental indicators and the level of IL-4 in vaginal lavage fluid between Group A and Group BP0.05. The positive rates of trichomonas vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis in Group A were higher than those in Group B and the differences were statistically significantP<0.05. Logistic regression analysis showed that Lactobacillustrichomonas vaginitis bacterial vaginosis and leukocyte esterase were all independent risk factors for HR-HPV infection. Conclusion There is age distribution characteristics in HR-HPV infection. The vaginal microenvironment and the increase of IL-4 level in vaginal lavage fluid are closely related to its classification.

    Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance trend of Klebsiella pneumoniaKP in a tertiary hospital A in Dali from 2018 to 2020 in order to provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment. Methods The specimens submitted for clinical examination in this hospital from 2018 to 2020 were isolated and cultured strain identification and drug susceptibility test were conducted and the clinical distribution and drug resistance trend of KP were retrospectively analyzed. Results From 2018 to 2020 a total of 1 642 KP strains were isolated including 218 strains of ESBL- Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBL-KP and 56 strains of carbapenems-resistant KPCR-KP. The main department source of KP and ESBL-KP was pediatrics and the main department source of CR-KP was the intensive care unit ICU. The drug susceptibility results showed that ESBL-KP had extremely high resistance to β-lactam antibacterials but no resistance to carbapenems had been found. CR-KP was highly resistant to three-quarters of the antibacterial drugs in the susceptibility test. Conclusion Facing the problem of increasing resistance to KP clinical departments should be vigilant and send patient specimens for examination in time. At the same time medical staff should strengthen self-protection prevent cross-infection among patients and strengthen the rational use of antibiotics.

    Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in clinical patients in a tertiary hospital A in Dali which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of gonorrhea. Methods Genital secretions collected in this hospital from January 2014 to December 2020 were isolated cultured and identified drug sensitivity test and result judgment were conducted and the data information was analyzed. Results From 2014 to 2020 61 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were isolated in total and the detection rate had been increasing year by year. The detection rate of male was about 4 times that of female. Department of dermatology and urology were the main sources inspection. The patients were mainly young and middle-aged from 21 to 40 years old. The drug susceptibility results showed that Neisseria gonorrhoeae had high resistance to ciprofloxacin norfloxacin and penicillin and the resistance rate to cefoxitin cefuroxime and cefcyanazole was relatively low. The resistance rate to ceftriaxone was only 3.85%. Conclusion Ceftriaxone can be used as the first choice in clinical treatment. It is necessary to monitor their drug resistance when using cefoxitin and cefuroxime as therapeutic drugs.

     Objective To investigate the relationship between intestinal flora structure and different stages of schizophrenia patients with or without family history. Methods Hospitalized patients with schizophrenia from December 2017 to August 2018 in the psychiatry department of the econd Hospital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture were chosen as the subjects whose excrement were collected in attack period and control period and their structures of intestinal flora in different disease periods were tested with high- throughput sequencing. Results Phylum with the highest relative abundance among the samples was Firmicutes. Ascomycetes with the highest relative abundance was Fusobacteria. The dominant bacteria genera were Bacteroidetes Faecalis Escherichia coli - Shigella Lactobacillus etc. Diversity analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences among all groups P<0.05. Species-difference analysis suggested that the dominant species in the control stage of the patient was propionic bacilli of Actinomycetes and the dominant species in the attack stage was CAG-56 genus of Pilospiraceae of Firmicutes. The dominant species in patients with family history was the family F082 of Bacteroidetes and the dominant species in patients without family history was the family Succinvibrio of Proteobacteria. Conclusion There are differences in the structure and diversity of intestinal flora between patients with schizophrenia during attack and control periods and there may be a relationship between disease control and the structure of intestinal flora.

     Objective To explore the correlation between obesity and oxidative stress among college students and to provide research programs and techniques for the development of diagnostic criteria for oxidative inflammation. Methods 80 students from Dali University were randomly selected as the subjects of study and urine samples were taken during physical examination the urine 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine 8-OHdG content was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ELISA. And the body mass index BMI is calculated based on the height and body mass data SPSS 17.0 software were used to perform linear correlation analysis and one-way analysis of variance. Results BMI value was positively correlated with urine 8-OHdG content among which rboys=0.332 rgirls=0.338 and rtotal=0.341 obese and overweight people had higher urine 8-OHdG levels than those of normal body mass. Conclusion Obesity and oxidative stress/oxidative inflammation in college students are downstream events of excess energy intake. There is a statistical correlation between the two but not causal relationship. There is a quantitative "mirror relationship" between them which provides the possibility to use the diagnostic criteria of obesity to explore the diagnostic criteria of oxidative inflammation.

    Health Literacy Status and Influencing Factors of lderly People of the Bai Ethnic Group with Chronic Diseases in Yunnan Province

    Objective To investigate the health literacy status of elderly people with chronic diseases of the Bai ethnic group in Yunnan Province and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods 324 elderly patients of the Bai ethnic group with chronic diseases who were hospitalized in three general hospitals in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture from July to November in 2020 were investigated by a questionnaire. t test or one-way analysis of variance were used to compare the differences of patients on demographic characteristics and multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of health literacy. Results The average score of health literacy of the elderly people of the Bai ethnic group with chronic diseases in Yunnan  Province was 79.67±14.32 and 27.78% of the participants showed the qualified health literacy. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age living region family monthly income residence condition educational level and number of chronic diseases were independent influencing factors of the health literacyP<0.05. Conclusion The health literacy level of the elderly people with chronic diseases of the Bai ethnic group in Yunnan Province is relatively low especially in rural areas. It is suggested that intervention measures should be formulated based on the influencing factors and the culture of the Bai ethnic group so as to effectively improve their health condition.

    Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of AIDS prevention and control among the new high-risk population male homosexuals under the new situation of normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 in China. Methods Using anonymous web-based questionnaires and face-to-face interviews 1 542 male homosexuals were surveyed on their perceptions and behaviors of AIDS prevention and treatment and to study the prevention and control measures of male homosexuals. Results Among the participants 95.40% learned about AIDS through the Internet 98.05% recognized that sexual transmission was one of the modes of transmission of AIDS 9.27% have never heard of AIDS blocking drugs 70.56% did not use condoms when having sex 50.00% did not do AIDS testing before and after having sex 13.42% failed to seek medical treatment in time during the 72-hour optimal interruption period after high-risk sex. ConclusionAt present there are serious hidden dangers and prevention loopholes for AIDS infection in the male homosexuals and multiple measures are needed for AIDS prevention education and high-risk behavior intervention in this group to innovate comprehensive prevention and treatment mechanisms.

    Objective To summarize the pre-inspection and triage management experience of Changning County as a county-level medical community construction county in the prevention and control of COVID-19, and to provide a reference for other county-level medical communities to carry out scientific epidemic prevention work. Methods: During the outbreak of COVID-19, the Changning County Health Bureau quickly established a county-level medical community led by Changning County Hospital according to relevant national notification. Epidemic prevention plans and deployments have been formulated, pre-inspection and triage management have been scientifically conducted, as well as the three-color management of fever clinics. Results: The epidemic prevention plans and deployments had been carried out smoothly as well as the pre-inspection and triage and the three-color management method, which has improved the pre-inspection and triage rate. The number of cases of cross infection in fever outpatient department, isolation ward and other departments in Changning County was 0, and the number of confirmed cases was 0. The medical resources in Changning County were in a controllable range. Conclusion: The pre-inspection and triage management work of the county-level medical community plays an important role in the fight against COVID-19, which is worthy of promotion.

    Objective To explore the management strategy of emergency blood donation service for public health emergencies to ensure the demand for clinical blood use. Methods The number of whole blood collections and blood collections of Yunnan Kunming Blood Center in the first half of 2020 and the same period of 2019 were compared and issues such as emergency blood donation services infection prevention and control during the COVID-19 outbreak were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the first half of 2020 compared with the same period in 2019 the number of group blood donations decreased and the number of voluntary blood donations increased. Among them the number and volume of blood collection in February and March 2020 increased compared with the same period in 2019 and the other months decreased compared with the same period in 2019. In the first half of 2020 the number of blood samples and the volume of blood samples were generally lower than those in 2019 but the difference was not statistically significantP>0.05. Conclusion Emergency blood donation service management measures provide an important guaran-tee for the development of blood collection work in public health emergencies and have strong practicability.
