Analysis on the Quality of Life and Influencing Factors among Some Primary School Teachers in a Certain Area of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract:

Abstract Objective To investigate the quality of life and influencing factors of some primary school teachers in a certain area of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture. Methods Cluster sampling was used to randomly select 10 primary schools in a certain area of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture and questionnaires were carried out by using " questionnaire star " and some paper questionnaires. Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of primary school teachers' quality of life. Results The physical component summaryPCS and mental component summaryMCS scores of the quality of life of some primary school teachers in a certain area of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture were 42.86±8.36 and 46.31±10.79), respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that being ill(β=-7.90 t=-9.43 P<0.001), high work pressure(β=-2.82 t=-3.86 P<0.001), great work pressure(β=-2.97 t=-2.39 P=0.017), 30-39 years old (β=-2.06 t=-2.12 P=0.034), 40-49 years old (β=-3.56 t=-3.55 P0.001), 50-59 years old(β=-5.40 t=-4.15 P<0.001), obese(β=-3.81 t=-2.83 P=0.005), very satisfied with the primary school teacher policy(β=3.87 t=2.39 P=0.017 were correlated with PCS. 3 000 yuanpersonal monthly income4 000 yuan(β=-6.69 t=-2.89 P=0.004), 4 000 yuanpersonal monthly income5 000 yuan(β=-5.59 t=-2.59 P=0.010), personal monthly income5 000 yuan(β=-5.36 t=-2.41 P=0.016), being ill (β=-3.78 t=-3.33 P0.001), high working pressure (β=-7.07 t=-7.27 P0.001 great work pressure (β=-8.66 t=-5.21 P<0.001), patients with diabetes mellitus (β=9.96 t=3.40 P<0.001), satisfied with the primary school teacher policy (β=4.48 t=2.23 P=0.026), very satisfied with the primary school teacher policy (β=5.05 t=2.33 P=0.020), 40-49 years old (β=3.55 t=2.34 P=0.019), 50-59 years old (β= 4.45 t=2.28 P=0.023 were correlated with MCS. Conclusion The PCS and MCS scores of quality of life of some primary school teachers in a certain area of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture were low. Primary school teachers who are ill dissatisfied with the policy for primary school teachers under heavy work pressure and obese should be focused on and measures should be taken to improve the quality of life of primary school teachers.
