Abstract:

This paper started with the practcal aspects of the tourism management majors, and constructed a theoretical framework and conducted empirical tests to explore the impact of practical models on the construction of students’psychological capital. Job burnout and professional identification were introduced as mediating and regulating factors to reveal the mechanism and boundary conditions of the main effect in depth. The results showed that professional practice effects had a significant negative impact on interns’ psychological capital, and job burnout partially mediated the relationship between professional practice effects and psychological capital, while professional recognition significantly regulated the relationship between professional practice effects and job burnout. Therefore, the research result revealed the mechanism of the effect of professional practice on the psychological capital of interns. It can be seen that continuously optimizing the professional practice model, promoting the improvement of college students' professional recognition, and eliminating the negative effects of job burnout are necessary ways to cultivate psychological capital.
