Abstract:

To explore the application effect of the integrated teaching mode of "teaching training and competition" in Taijiquan teaching in universities. Class 1 and Class 2 in a university's Taijiquan optional class were randomly selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group used the integrated teaching mode of "teaching training and competition" while the control group used the traditional mode. The differences in the overall technical evaluation scores secondary evaluation criteria for Taijiquan movement the grade distribution and satisfaction levels of the two groups were analyzed. The results showed that the overall technical evaluation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group P<0.05. The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group in the secondary evaluation criteria for the overall performance of Taijiquan coordination of force and footwork and specific movement requirements P<0.05. The distribution of excellent and good grades in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group P<0.05. The satisfaction level with the teaching mode in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group P<0.01. The integrated teaching mode of "teaching training and competition" improved the effectiveness of Taijiquan teaching students' learning efficiency and satisfaction of students.
