The maximum capacity expansion of spanning tree problem with constraints (MCESTC) is NP-hard. A heuristic algorithm is designed to solve it by allowing an increase in the length value of the spanning tree through bilateral substitution strategy, and the correctness of the algorithm is proved. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the process of applying the algorithm to solve the problem, thereby verifying the effectiveness of the algorithm.

A co-location pattern is a subset of spatial feature set whose feature instances frequently appear in proximity in geographic space. Pattern mining is carried out based on the feature participation rate, which is defined as the radio of the number of unique instances in the pattern table to the total number of feature instances. A weighted co-location pattern mining method based on specified features is proposed to address the situation where the degree of concatenation of pattern feature instances based on specified features satisfies the pattern guidance requirements, but some features have too many total instances leading to a feature participation rate below the threshold, and the pattern is defined as a non-frequent pattern. The proposed method defines the weight of features and the calculation rules of weighted participation rate, which can effectively mine weighted co-location patterns based on specified features, and the weighted participation degree decreases monotonically with the increase of the pattern order. The experimental results indicate the effectiveness of the algorithm in terms of mining results and algorithm runtime.

Traditional human abnormal emotion recognition algorithms have a high error rate in recognition due to the influence of noise. To solve this problem, a human abnormal emotion recognition algorithm based on video images is studied. Firstly, the facial expressions and body movement features were detected to obtain feature vectors through image preprocessing, and the target image classification features were obtained by scanning pixels. Deep learning was used to extract facial features, and a MLP hierarchical architecture was applied with corresponding learning rates and iteration times to obtain a two-dimensional training dataset of images. Then, the feature maps were sent to the network connection layer for dimensionality reduction, and the classification layer of the model was set. Finally, feature transfer and effective recognition were achieved by connecting the feature maps of different layers through DNET. The experimental results showed that the recognition error rate of the proposed method was low,and the recognition effect of the test set after adding noise processing was significant, which could efficiently and accurately recognize human abnormal emotions.

Power electronics is an electronic technology that controls and converts electrical energy. It is a key technology for integrating diverse forms of electrical energy, as well as an important technology to promote the national "dual carbon" goal. Therefore, many universities have listed "Power Electronics" as a core course for majors such as electrical engineering and automation, energy storage science and engineering. In view of the problems of insufficient class hours, single teaching methods, and outdated content in the "Power Electronics" course, based on the new engineering concept, curriculum reform is carried out by fully integrating the ideological and political education into the curriculum , enriching teaching methods , complementing scientific research and teaching, improving the course content system, and so on. Through the reform, it is expected to enhance students' sense of historical responsibility, improve learning efficiency, and broaden their horizons. After two years of exploration, students' final examination scores have been improved, and the reform has received wide praise from students.

Identifying residents' expectations for public services is a prerequisite for improving the basic public service system and improving the level of public services. Based on the theory of planned behavior, this study empirically analyzed the impact mechanism of rural residents' expectations for leisure public services in the demonstration zone for common prosperity through a survey of 3 325 rural residents in Zhejiang Province, using structural equation modeling. The study found that leisure attitude has both "rationality" and "practicality", and subjective norms present a "differential pattern", both of which can significantly improve rural residents' willingness to engage in leisure activities, with leisure attitude having a greater influence than subjective norms. There is an "asynchronous resonance" between rural residents' willingness to engage in leisure activities and their expectations for leisure public services in the demonstration zone for common prosperity.

The increasing number of platform sellers has led to intensified competition, highlighting the advantages of the independent website model in cross-border e-commerce. This paper constructs an online sales system composed of a cross-border e-commerce enterprise and a cross-border e-commerce platform. It discusses the decision-making process for introducing the independent website channel, pricing decisions for different channels, and the impact of platform commission rates on the decision to introduce the independent website channel. The following main conclusions are drawn: The decision of whether to introduce the independent website channel for cross-border e-commerce enterprises mainly considers the preference for the independent website channel and channel sales costs. The platform commission rate affects the choice of operating model for the independent website channel. When the platform commission rate is in a lower range, the drainage model should be adopted, otherwise, the brand model should be adopted. Compared with pure platform channels, expanding independent website channels is considered an advantageous strategy. Platform providers should encourage the introduction of the independent website channel by reducing the platform commission rate, while also supporting brand promotion activities rather than just website drainage, which can achieve system Pareto improvement.
