Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the differentially expressed genes DEGs in the patients infected with Helicobacter pylori H. pylori. Methods Three H. pylori infection datasets GSE6143 GSE60427 and GSE60662 were collected from Gene Expression Omnibus database. The common DEGs in the three data sets were analyzed by bioinformatics software for KEGG pathway enrichment and GO analysis and the protein-protein interaction PPI network was constructed to analyze the interaction between DEGs expressed proteins. ResultsA total of 29 DEGs were screened from three data sets. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis and GO analysis showed that the inflammatory immune response was activated after H. pylori infection. PPI analysis showed that the activities of TLR4 ICAM1 CCL4 TLR5 CCL19 and CR2 were enhanced after H. pylori infection. ConclusionThe inflammatory response of H. pylori infection is active and TLR4 ICAM1 CCL4 TLR5 CCL19 and CR2 genes can be used as potential biomarkers for the treatment of H. pylori infection.
