Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of drawing the vascular site map by cooperation between doctors and nurses under B-ultrasound positioning in planned rope ladder puncture of hemodialysis patients. Methods 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the Blood Purification Center of the Third People's Hospital of Yunnan Province were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of rope ladder puncture the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine rope ladder puncture and the observation group was carried out planned rope ladder puncture with doctors and nurses jointly drawing the vascular site map under the positioning of B-ultrasound. The success rate of one puncture the implementation rate of rope ladder puncture patient satisfaction and the complication rate of arteriovenous fistula were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of one puncture the implementation rate of rope ladder puncture and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significantP<0.05. The complication rate of arteriovenous fistula in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group P<0.05. Conclusion The cooperation of doctors and nurses in drawing the vascular site map under the positioning of B-ultrasound can enable nurses to better implement the rope ladder puncture technology improve the success rate of one puncture and patient satisfaction reduce the occurrence of arteriovenous internal fistula complications and extend the service life of internal fistula which is worth promoting in clinical work.
