Abstract:

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application value of percutaneous puncture biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound CEUSin peripheral lung lesions. MethodsThe medical records of 72 patients with peripheral lung lesions who underwent percutaneous puncture biopsy under ultrasound guidance from January 2017 to August 2021 in Qujing Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. According to whether CEUS was performed before biopsythe patients were divided into CEUS group and conventional ultrasoundCUgroup. The necrotic lesion displaynumber of puncture needlespuncture success rateinitial puncture diagnosis rateand incidence of complications between the two groups were compared and analyzed. ResultsThe display rate of necrotic lesionpuncture success rate and first puncture diagnosis rate in CEUS group were significantly higher than those in CU groupand the number of puncture needles was significantly lower than that in CU group. All differences were statistically significantP<0.05. Within 48 hours after punctureone patient in each group had hemoptysisand there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complicationsP>0.05. ConclusionPercutaneous puncture biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound can effectively identify the active tissue in peripheral lung lesionsimprove the puncture success rateand is safe and effective. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
