Construction of the Evaluation Indicators for Independent on-the-Job Training of Medical Personnel in Response to Outbreaks of Infectious Diseases Based on Delphi Method

Abstract:

Objective： To construct the evaluation indicators for independent on-the-job training of medical personnel in response to outbreaks of infectious diseases. Methods： On the basis of the previous research， the target pool of independent entry evaluation indicators of medical personnel for emergent infectious diseases was preliminarily established through literature analysis and subject group discussion. From March to May 2022， Delphi method was used to invite 14 experienced experts in infectious disease prevention and control to conduct two rounds of expert consultation. Using Likert 5-point scale and importance ranking methods， the entries were screened and finally the evaluation indicator system was determined. Results： All questionnaires in both rounds of consultations were collected. The authority coefficients of the first and second rounds of experts were 0.81 and 0.84， respectively. The evaluation indicators for independent on-the-job training of medical personnel in response to outbreaks of infectious diseases were determined after the two rounds of consultations. Conclusion： The Delphi method was used to construct the evaluation indicators of independent entry of medical personnel in the face of infectious diseases， and to provide an evaluation tool for scientific evaluation of medical personnel's ability to work independently in the face of infectious diseases.
