Abstract:

ObjectiveTo construct the evaluation indicators for independent on-the-job training of medical personnel in response to outbreaks of infectious diseases. MethodsOn the basis of the previous researchthe target pool of independent entry evaluation indicators of medical personnel for emergent infectious diseases was preliminarily established through literature analysis and subject group discussion. From March to May 2022Delphi method was used to invite 14 experienced experts in infectious disease prevention and control to conduct two rounds of expert consultation. Using Likert 5-point scale and importance ranking methodsthe entries were screened and finally the evaluation indicator system was determined. ResultsAll questionnaires in both rounds of consultations were collected. The authority coefficients of the first and second rounds of experts were 0.81 and 0.84respectively. The evaluation indicators for independent on-the-job training of medical personnel in response to outbreaks of infectious diseases were determined after the two rounds of consultations. ConclusionThe Delphi method was used to construct the evaluation indicators of independent entry of medical personnel in the face of infectious diseasesand to provide an evaluation tool for scientific evaluation of medical personnel's ability to work independently in the face of infectious diseases.
