gastric cancer in the first affiliated Hospitals of Dali University were studied, including 30 cases took radical gestretomy assisted by
laparoscopy as the observation group; other 30 cases took the open radical gestretomy as control group. Clinical effects and
complications of two groups were studied. Results: Observation group is better than that of control group in the incision length,
intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative intestinal function recovery time and postoperative into liquid diets
time, length of hospital stay, and the postoperative complications, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Radical gestretomy assisted by laparoscopy enjoys many advantages comparing with open radical gestretomy: small
