Abstract:

From the perspective of systemic ethics, the development of college scientific research management system shows its' ethic
characteristics: In the interaction development of scientific research management and academic ethics, the rigid control power of
system is growing along with development of finalization of academic ethics system. In the combination of research efficiency and
fairness, the academic research efficiency is supported by the system, but the guarantee of fairness is insufficient. In the improvement
of research organization and individual, the control power of organization is beyond the individuals' and system attaches more
importance to the organization interest rather than individual development.
