Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the mechanism and prevention methods of Tibetan coronary artery patients by comparing the
clinical data of Tibetan and Han patients. Methods: From July 2007 to June 2014, 128 Tibetan and 118 Han patients received
coronary arteriongraphy in our hospital, and their imageology and clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The rate of
Tibetan patients(52.35%)with multiple branches(≥2)is significantly higher than that of Han patients(37.29%)(P<0.05).
62.71% of Han patients are with single branch affection. The amount of Tibetan patients with coronary artery ectasia(52.35%)is
significantly more than that of Han(33.05%)(P<0.05). The proportion of Tibetan patients with corpulence and hyperlipemia is
higher than Han(P<0.05). The platelet count of Tibetan patients[(262.37±70.56)109/L]is significantly higher than that of Han
[(233.80±64.55)109/L](P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of coronary artery ectasia of Tibetan is higher than Han, the risk factor
like overweight and hyperlipemia should be controlled.
