Study on the Relationship between Life Style and Quality of Life of the Primary School Teachers

Abstract:

Objective: To study on the correlation of life style and quality of life of 9 dimensions among primary school teachers in the
mountain area of Tengchong and Longling county in Yunnan for improving primary school teachers' life style and quality of life.
Methods: SF-36 Quality of Life questionnaires survey scale was used among 600 primary school teachers in the mountain area.
Double data entry with Epidata 3.02, and analysis of the Pearson, Kendall, Spearman correlation of 535 effective cases with SPSS 16.0
were carried out on the basis of the correlation coefficient r and related degree judge correlation. Results: The questionnaire effective
rate was 97.99%, and questionnaire Cronbachs'a was 0.768. Analysis of variance(F= 7 855.669, P = 0.000 < 0.01)was in accordance
with normal distribution continuity. MOF2, 12, 14 of primary school teachers' life style and SF-36 Quality of Life scale of 9 dimensions
have negative correlation relationship. MOF5 and SF-36 Quality of Life scale of 9 dimensions have positive correlation. Conclusion:
Intervention, guidance and improvement of equipment from MOF2, 12, 14 and MOF 5 can help the development of primary school
teachers' quality of life.
