Abstract: Taking the peer education as principle,"Student Mentoring Scheme" plays an exemplary leading role, which embodies the
equality of management subject and multi - dimensions of management methods. By analyzing the concept and development,
summarizing the meaning and function, this article explores the management mode and characteristics of "Student Mentoring Scheme",
and then put forward some thinking and suggestions for the project at the same time.
