Abstract:

〔Abstract〕Objective: To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on neurological rehabilitation of patients with
acute subdural hematoma who were treated with postoperative hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods:72 patients admitted to
People's Hospital of Yuxi City between January 2014 and December 2016 after the operation of acute subdural hematoma were divided
into the observation group and the control group, and there were 36 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing
care and the experimental group received high-quality nursing intervention. Results: The total effective rate and the satisfaction
degree of the control group were 77.8% and 72.2%,respectively. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%,and the
satisfaction degree was 94.4%. The treatment outcomes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control
group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: For patients with acute subdural hematoma, early application of
hyperbaric oxygen therapy after operation can reduce cerebral edema and improve neurological function repair. Supplement of well-
directed and scientific high-quality nursing measures can effectively ensure the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen.
