Abstract: 〔Abstract〕Objective: To explore the risk factors affecting medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:
The guidance of whole-course pharmaceutical care was given to tuberculosis patients and a questionnaire was established. The basic
information, treatment status, adverse reactions and other factors affecting medication compliance of 367 valid questionnaires were
statistically analyzed. Results: Among the 367 patients included in the study, 238 patients(64.85%)had good compliance and
129 patients(35.15%)had poor compliance. Awareness of the disease and hyperuricemia were independent risk factors for medication
compliance. Conclusion: Medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is affected by many factors. After
pharmaceutical intervention, the knowledge of the disease and the occurrence of adverse reactions(hyperuricemia)are still the most
important factors influencing medication compliance. Individualized pharmaceutical services provided by pharmacists for tuberculosis
patients can significantly improve their medication compliance and enhance the treatment effect.
