Abstract: 〔Abstract〕Objective: To examine the values of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of kids with infantile diarrhea. Methods:
We selected 192 children with diarrhea from October 2017 to September 2019 in Pediatrics of Luliang County People′s Hospital. They
were divided into the observation and control groups with 96 cases in each group by random number table. Patients in the control group
underwent routine nursing mode, while clinical nursing pathway model based on the routine nursing care was applied to the observation
group. Results: The observation group was better than the control group in the frequency of diarrhea, the length of hospital stay,
hospitalization expenses, the nursing effect and the satisfaction of parents. The differences between the observation group and the
control group were statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing pathway in children with
diarrhea significantly improves the clinical effects, and has a greater clinical application value.
